What's the new pm's name -brown? well do you see how much less personable he is?

Most PM's have been lively, wity, standouts for a long, long time. Tony Blair was in the news everyday, this Brown fellow doesn't seem to believe in that brand of leadership. and why is that? Does he have a strong enough personality to do this critical job.
