Reoccurring yeast infections?

Hi I am a 21 yr old mother who has had 3 ual partners in the last year I had my first yeast infection March of 2010 I don't have insurance so i used an self screening kit to determine that it was a yeast infection and symptoms cleared up with over the counter treatment... (went for a well check up june of 2010 and tested clean for STDs) since then I have been having recurring yeast infections almost every cpl months most of the time they are incredibly mild and the only indication I have is mild discomfort (feeling dry and itchy) and ever so slightly thickened discharge. I take a AZO yeast supplement when this happens but i don't take one everyday. I am a webcam model ( private shows done over the net) and I use a toy to masturbate anywhere from 30-50 times a day. do to the fact that i'm not always this causes tremendous frictions that I know is often the cause for my irritation could it be the cause of my yeast infections as well? also I AM VERY sure its a yeast infection but I have not technically been diagnosed by a doctor for those who are skeptical I've been having burning, itching, Sometimes(not always) white bread-ish looking discharge (sorry eww) and it NEVER SMELLS BAD Also I have noticed that most months I have an infection they occur either before menstruation or around ovulation. the first yeast infection was by far the worst... just FYI
