What should be my average temp of cpu and gpu?

i have an amd phenom ii x4 925 2.8 4 gb ram 9500gt 512 mb can someone tell me the average temp on idle and when gaming like gta 4,cod 6,fallout3 idle i get 35-40 on all cores and 50-60 on idle on th gpu while gaming cpu goes to 50-53 gpu goes 80 at most are tey average or can u tell me the good temps
