Is the popularity of baseball growing in the UK?

Baseball is the true American game and our national pastime. "America has been erased from the blackboard, drawn again, and once again been erased, but Ray, one thing that has always been here is baseball, it is the backbone of our people and our country" words from James Earl Jones in Field of Dreams. What about in the UK? I live in the US so I do not know, is it growing at all? do you guys even know the rules?
