Whats that movie called!?

alright so im trying to find out the name of a movie i saw when i was younger, ..my guess is this movie was made in the 80s, maybe early 90s. i dont remember much from it, but i'd like to see it again. anyway.. basically the movie is about "hell on earth" movie starts off kinda dark, showing a tower with a bell, most i remember from it is the devil and his demons making humans slaves, and seeing a scene where "satan" brands the people's chest with his hand.and another scene where human slaves are bound and climbing up stairs on a temple like structure and some are getting decapitated. lol very vague description of a movie i know, but thats the most i remember.
