What pregnancy or disability leave am I entitled to if I work for a CA co. with less than 50 emp. in 75 miles?

I work for a company that is all across the US however, there is only one store in CA with 3 employees. I've been with the company for a year and a half and am now pregnant. I know I don't get FMLA because there are less than 50 employees in 75 miles, BUT, my question is. What AM I entitled to???
