Im 16 and confused about working out?

I'm not an expert but try doing less cardio and yes you can definitely eat pasta and bread. Also eat more healthy things with high calories. Work out every other day three times a week and get as much sleep as you can. The bone thing is normal for skinny people. I'm like that too but slowly changing sense i begun working out.
