Tightening skin on face?? any tips?

okay so i am 13 year old girl and above my nose like the section in betweeen my eyebrows i have always had large pores and break outs and idk is it normal for the skin to seem loser up there. its not as tight as the other skin and im scared my skin is already aging. any mask or somehtin gtha twill tighten it?
