Someone who was mentally ill did alot of harm to me and my husband with her talking about all kinds of goofy?

yes it could have been the cancer...it could have spead to her brain, or the cancer itself can cause changes in emotional stability, or her meds may have caused it. additionally, she may have suffered from a totally unrelated problem like scitzophrenia. im sorry that you were affected in such a way. its over now, and its good to hear that you forgave her. let people think what they want and dont fret. it will all settle down soon....peace.
