New universal health care?

from my understanding this is bull **** i currently do not have health care because i cant afford it but now im required to have health care by law but do not qualify for free health care but still cant afford it so now i have to pay fines on top of more taxes to my pay check they think this is gonna help? this is ******* extortion to the max and completely wrong, lets hear ur reactions
