Do i loose the unlock if i unlock my iphone4 and use an at&t sim?

i have an iphone 4 with baseband 1.59.00.I unlocked using ultrasnow.after i unlocked m using an at&t sim in it.So will i be able to use the iphone with any other sim or is it locked again to at&t?
