Can I get into Purdue University Agriculture Farm Management Program?

I will be a Senior high school student next year. I have a learning disability. My GPA is 2.64. I will graduate with a Core 40 diploma. I have taken successively harder cles over my high school career. I play sports, involved in FFA and 4-H. I do a lot of community volunteering. I also work on my parents farm full time.
