A book about a witch who owns a yarn shop?

I remember reading this book from the library about a lady who owns a yarn shop in a magical community. There were fairies, trolls, vampires and such trying to live their normal lives away from the human community. They are completely hidden and they all use glamor to hide their true selves from any wandering humans. The witch who was ped the responsibility from her family to protect the community had to set out to figure out who was causing discord in the community and restore peace.
